2025 is our 40th anniversary as a registered charity!
Thank you so much for considering fundraising for Canterbury Oast Trust during our 40th anniversary celebrations! This milestone is truly special to us as we reflect on the incredible progress we've made over the past four decades in supporting adults with learning disabilities and now, also those with autism.
Can you help us by fundraising or sponsoring our Ruby Jubilee Music Festival - a joyful celebration supporting all we've achieved over 4o years? It's part of our just-launched £1 million fundraiser to support reaching our ambitious 5 years goals including making the Rare Breeds Centre accessible to people with a wide range of disabilites. Your generosity and support help make all of this possible, and we are deeply grateful.

HELP US CELEBRATE WITH A 3-DAY RUBY JUBILEE MUSIC FESTIVAL
This year, we're gearing up for a spectacular celebration—a 3-day Ruby Jubilee music festival dreamed up by our supported people! It's a tribute to the incredible innovations of our founding parents and supporters and the decades of dedication that have brought us here. To honour our 1985 roots, the Friday celebration will be 80s-themed. Your support in sponsoring or fundraising for this event means the world to everyone involved. Let's come together to celebrate, laugh, and dance in honour of four decades of transformative work and our bright future ahead! Here's what we have planned:
- Friday, 5th September 2025: An exclusive, 80s-themed private party for our supported individuals, their friends, family, staff, and supporters.
- Saturday and Sunday, 6th & 7th September 2025: A vibrant public festival, bursting with live music, entertainment, and a true sense of community spirit.
To make this celebration unforgettable, we need your help. Our supported peoples’ wish list includes live music, entertainers, a tethered hot air balloon, catering, bars, prizes, karaoke, and so much more! Any donation you can contribute will bring us closer to turning this dream into a reality, and will be deeply appreciated by everyone at COT—especially the people we support.
