As we are a care home for adults with learning disabilities - we are erring on the side of caution...
That means that we won't be reopening Indoor Play just yet. We apologise for any inconvenience but we aren't ready yet to open that area, given the current infection rates and close proximity of the play equipment.
We will continue to ask you to wear a mask if at all possible, especially in indoor spaces, although we can't enforce it due to the government relaxation of rules; so please be kind to each other as everyone may feel very differently about this new change.
The Restaurant will continue to do takeway service, you can take your burger to anywhere on the site. We will be opening Benson Barn soon too - so you can dine undercover on an inclement day.
The Shop will continue with a safe outdoor vending option. We won't be opening the indoor shop area just yet.
Please bear with us as the safety of our staff, residents and public comes first.
We are primarily a charity for adults with learning disabilities - the Canterbury Oast Trust.
There is so much to do on our 100 acres:
*Meet the Animals - from Lady Rhona the Shire Horse to Guinea Pigs, Ferrets, Pigs, Goats and Donkeys we have so many animals down on the Farm.
*Outdoor play parks - Zip Wires, Adventure Playgrounds, Swings and Tyre Snakes to climb on.
*Mysterious Marsh - come hide out in the woods and challenge your dexterity.
*Giants Chairs - come have a picnic on our oversized seats made by Farmer Davy himself!
*Pig Racingat 3.15 (weather permitting during weekends and school holidays) - run with your family being chased by greedy pigs! Everyone needs that after Lockdown!
*Falconry training to watch and Falconry Displays daily at 2.30
*Brass rubbing trails through the woods

We are NOT OPENING our Indoor play just yet. (see above)
Don't forget to bring your wellies and mac if it is raining, your sun hats and sun creams if it is bright and your coat if it is windy!
Unfortunately we do not allow dogs on-site as they scare our animals. Please leave your pooches at home when you visit. Thank you.
Please note that we are a no smoking site - smoking is not permitted anywhere on the farm, including the front entrance and car park. Thank you for your cooperation.
